All prices in EUR. The headline price includes the German statutory 19% VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). Net amount: 12,52 €/month per WEG. WEGs that can deduct input tax (Vorsteuerabzug) recover the VAT separately.

Pricing — common questions

Is the free plan really free, or a trial?

Genuinely free. No expiry, no credit card, no auto-conversion. The free plan covers the operational basics (master data, owner portal, manual booking journal). The Pro features (bank import, AI matching, OCR, annual statement) are the ones that cost.

How does Pro pricing scale with WEG size?

Pro is a flat rate per WEG: 14,90 €/month or 149 €/year incl. VAT, for any WEG up to 30 units. The price does not scale with the number of units. Each WEG you manage needs its own Pro subscription. WEGs above 30 units need a custom setup — please contact us.

How can I pay?

Via Mollie B.V. (Netherlands): SEPA direct debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Card data never touches our servers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel via the in-app account settings to the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual). Your data is retained for 90 days for reactivation, then deleted.
