Master data per WEG

Owners, units, ownership shares (Miteigentumsanteile), distribution keys, voting weights — modelled correctly for the German WEG-Gesetz. Multiple WEGs in one account on Pro.

Bank import (CSV / MT940 / CAMT)

Import the formats every German bank exports: Sparkasse, Volksbank, DKB, Comdirect, ING, Commerzbank, N26 and others. No PSD2 API needed, no banking credentials shared.

AI auto-matching

New transactions are auto-matched to owners (via SEPA mandate reference, name, or amount) and proposed against the booking journal. You confirm, we book.

Booking journal (Buchungsjournal)

Every payment is journalled per WEG, owner and cost type. WEG-compliant categories for Hausgeld, Sonderumlage, common cost vs. individual cost, reserve allocation.

Economic plan (Wirtschaftsplan)

Generate the annual budget required by § 28 WEG: estimated common costs per cost type, distributed by the configured key, plus a reserve allocation plan.

Annual statement (Jahresabrechnung)

The actuals statement that the owner meeting must approve. Per-owner statement with payments received, costs allocated, reserves and balance — print- and email-ready.

Resolution archive (Beschlusssammlung)

Required by § 24 (7) WEG since 2007. Sequential resolution numbering, full text, date, meeting reference. PDF/CSV export for hand-over to a successor administrator.

Owner portal

Each owner gets read-only access to their statements, the WEG documents, the minutes archive, the resolution log and an inbox for administrator messages.

Document storage with OCR

Drop in invoices, contracts, minutes. Built-in OCR extracts invoice number, amount, date and supplier — confirm and book in one click.

Passkey login

WebAuthn / FIDO2 by default — no passwords to phish, no resets to manage. Optional TOTP-2FA for accounts that prefer it.

Multi-WEG isolation

Each WEG is its own tenant on the database level with foreign-key constraints. Append-only audit log for bookings and security-relevant actions.

PWA (installable)
