What we're working on

What's shipped, you can use today. For everything after that we don't give a date, because a date is a promise, and we only promise what we can keep.

Recently shipped

The last three months, a selection rather than a full list; the complete list lives in the changelog (German). Everything here is usable today.

    Central notifications with a red badge

    The bell in the header shows unread notices for your WEG. One click opens the matching message or task. You choose push and email per type, plus quiet hours and a daily summary.

    Public issue reporting via QR code

    Owners and residents report issues through a QR poster, with no account needed. As an administrator you see new reports immediately in the task list, optionally with a push notification.

    Circular resolutions without a portal account

    Eligible voters get a personal voting link and can vote without their own account. A proof PDF and the resolution archive are included.

    Clearer banking overview

    Up to 12 bank statements for the same account can now be reviewed together as one traceable import run. Duplicates are detected across file boundaries.

    Dashboard and tasks at a glance

    The dashboard bundles open setup steps and your own tasks in one place. You invite owners directly from their unit and preview their portal access beforehand.

    Photos stored without location data

    When you upload photos, dooyah automatically strips embedded location and camera metadata. The image itself stays unchanged.

Doris — beta in preparation

Doris is meant to bring together open work, minutes and resolutions into reviewable suggestions. Nothing is applied without your explicit confirmation. Details and current status: meet Doris.

    Incoming and sent messages will be shown separately, with the option to turn a message directly into a task.

    Notification when a reported blocker is resolved

    When someone marks a blocker as resolved, administrators should get an automatic notice about it.

    Editorial free text on the annual statement and budget plan

    A freely written text section on both documents for context that goes beyond the numbers.

    German heating-cost verification calculation

    A verification calculation under German heating-cost regulation (§§ 7–9 HeizkostenV) from already-confirmed external meter readings, without re-entering them.

    Metering-service statements, prepared for owners

    The external metering provider’s statement, prepared and made understandable for owners.

  6. 06

    Assistant for heating-cost exemptions

    Support for checking whether an exemption under § 11 (1) HeizkostenV with ten-year amortisation applies.

    Google sign-in for dooyah house

    Sign in with an existing Google account, as an additional option alongside passkey and password.
