Calculate heating costs yourself (beta)
You enter the heating system’s costs, the consumption of each unit and the floor areas; dooyah distributes the costs across the units and shows how it got there. Once you confirm, the result becomes the heating-cost source for the annual statement.

Central notifications with a red badge
The bell in the header shows unread notices for your WEG. One click opens the matching message or task. You choose push and email per type, plus quiet hours and a daily summary.

Public issue reporting via QR code
Owners and residents report issues through a QR poster, with no account needed. As an administrator you see new reports immediately in the task list, optionally with a push notification.

Circular resolutions without a portal account
Eligible voters get a personal voting link and can vote without their own account. A proof PDF and the resolution archive are included.

Clearer banking overview
Up to 12 bank statements for the same account can now be reviewed together as one traceable import run. Duplicates are detected across file boundaries.

Dashboard and tasks at a glance
The dashboard bundles open setup steps and your own tasks in one place. You invite owners directly from their unit and preview their portal access beforehand.

Photos stored without location data
When you upload photos, dooyah automatically strips embedded location and camera metadata. The image itself stays unchanged.

Doris: AI helper in beta
Doris answers questions about your WEG from its own data and links to the matching screen. Every free 30-day trial starts with Doris; with Pro, we enable her on request. We keep working on her during the beta. Details: meet Doris.
